  1. Jeff says:

Is this safe for pets who go in the yard area?

    • The Garden Guy says:

      Hi Jeff,

Yes this is perfectly fine around pets, there may be a strong odor initially from the vinegar but it is fine.

  2. Estella says:

Does white vinegar kill grass? I have grass area with lots of weeds and DO NOT want to kill grass?

    Thank you

    • The Garden Guy says:

      Hi Estella,

You should use pickling vinegar if you want to tackle weeds naturally, but regardless vinegar can brown the grass depending on how much you spray, so you want it to be direct contact on the weed as to not get any excess spray on the grass all depending on the type of grass you have i.e. bermuda which is hard to get rid of.

  3. CynD says:

My sister has LOTS of weeds, in a desert landscape. Is there a method of getting your recipe disseminated via a hose and container like other weed control products? She is 70 and I’m afraid she would not be able to get the job done with a spray bottle.

    • The Garden Guy says:

      Hi CynD,

You can use a pump sprayer to help almost like a foliar feeder but a little more controlled. Foilar feeder would end up spraying your entire yard vs the pump sprayer which you can point and spray!
